Prosecco is the indigenous grape of this wine region of the Veneto, its rustic and vigorous grapevine is cultivated throughout Valdobbiadene. The microclimate and soil of the gently undulating hills lying at the foot of the pre-alps of Treviso provide an ideal environment propitious for the production of a balanced wine rich in complex aromas.
The pruning and harvesting are done by hand and the grapes are then soft pressed with minimal skin contact to produce white wines of quality.
The ROCCAT Estate produces four types of Prosecco; extra-dry spumante, dry vintage spumante, still and sparkling, the Col Fondo.
